A new step for us and an important one.

In collaboration with .global_, CodeGirls conducted its first mental health workshop for Phase 1 Cohort 18, creating space to talk about something that’s often overlooked, especially for women entering the tech industry.

Workplaces in tech can be fast-paced and demanding. Understanding yourself and managing challenges becomes just as important as technical skills.

What we focused on:

• Understanding yourself better, your thoughts, motivations, and objectives

• Learning how to stay steady in stressful or fast-paced work environments

• Navigating societal expectations while still growing in your career

It was an honest, needed conversation, and a reminder that growth isn’t just technical.

On 7th April, in Cohort 16 of our Phase 2 tracks, we began the Product Management training, guided by Shahzad Paracha - Head of Product at Software Disruption FZCO - bringing years of real industry experience into the classroom.

Professional grooming for entering the workforce is covered through Core Skills Workshops at our tech bootcamps.

These workshops are mandatory for completing the course requirements.
