Roma’s journey to success hasn’t been without its challenges. Last year, she etched her name in history books by triumphing over her Thai counterpart Pachia Pineda in a grassroots promotional match. Building on that triumph, Roma has now clinched her third professional victory, showcasing her resilience and determination.

Bangkok: Pakistani boxer Shahir Afridi has knocked out Thai boxer Puthong Pong in a fight for the Asian Boxing Federation and World Boxing Council titles.

Afridi successfully defended his title by knocking out the Thai boxer in the third round. It is worth noting that Afridi is the champion of both titles in the middleweight category.

Afridi will fight again for the WBA title. In the WBA title fight, Afridi will face Indian boxer Kuldeep Dhanda.

The fight against the Indian boxer is likely to take place in June. Indian boxer Kuldeep Dhanda has defeated Afridi before.

In a high-tension battle at the Karate Combat 45, Pakistan captain Shahzaib Rindh won the 3 vs 3 team fight against the Rana Singh-led India in the last-round clash in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), on Saturday.

The battle between age-old rivals was decided in the last round after Pakistan's Rizwan Ali and India's Himanshu Kaushik won the first and second match, respectively.

Pakistan's Rizwan Ali started strong by defeating India's Pawan Gupta in the first round, but India's Himanshu Kaushik evened the score by beating Pakistan's Faizan Khan in the second round. The decisive third round saw Pakistan's captain Shahzaib Rindh face India's Rana Singh, and Rindh emerged victorious with a technical knockout.

In a gesture of unity and peace, Rindh celebrated by waving both Pakistani and Indian flags, declaring "This fight was for peace. We are not enemies, we are together." This win extended Rindh's impressive Karate Combat record to 5-0, building on his earlier achievement of the fastest knockout in Karate Combat 44 in Mexico City.
