This past month I’ve been working tirelessly on building my own studio space. Having a place where I can wake up in the morning, drink cacao, and do a wholesome morning yoga practice is EVERYTHING! 😌

It has helped me deepen my practice and my understanding of the self. I feel so honoured and excited to announce that I will soon be opening the studio to my students for group yoga classes! 🧘‍♀️
