The hip hinge is an exercise designed to target your posterior chain ranging from the hamstring, the glutes, the lower and upper back, and arms. It maximises the level of strength coming from spine, and prevents it from being placed under too much stress. It helps to improve balance and athletic performance. Also helps to strengthen your core muscles and most importantly helps you to do esssential tasks like bending forward and picking up the objects.
We included the hip hinge exercise to our warm routine to make sure we release any tightness to make our muscles work fully
Various hip hinge exercises can be performed for stability and strength. Kettlebell swings, deadlifts,kettlebell twists, kettlebell rows are some examples.
