TBM Annual Taekwondo Belt Promotion Test Report

The Benchmark School, in collaboration with Sindh Scouts Youth Taekwondo Academy, successfully organized its Annual Taekwondo Belt Promotion Test under the supervision of Master Ashfaq Ahmed on Sunday, 3rd May, at the Muhammad Siddique Memon Scout Sports Complex.

Approximately 190 students enrolled in the test and demonstrated excellent skills, discipline, and dedication throughout the event. The performance results were as follows:

* 135 students achieved **Good Performance**
* 20 students achieved **Best Performance**
* 30 students achieved **Excellent Performance**
* 4 students received **Overall Outstanding Performance**
* 1 student received the **Best Discipline Performance** award

The test committee was led by Mr. Saqib Ikram and Mr. Abid Alam Siddiqui, who supervised and successfully conducted the entire examination process in an organized and professional manner.

The Chief Guest of the event was Mr. Saqib Ikram, Secretary TK. The Guests of Honor included The Benchmark School Principal, Mr. Fazal-e- Haq Rao, along with Mr. M. Zeeshan Arif, Academic Coordinator, who also graced the occasion with their presence and support.

The instructors played a vital role in conducting and managing the test smoothly. The dedicated team included:

It is the season of school sports days, and the students of our academy are also performing excellently in their respective schools and making us proud.

Last week, The Froebel's School held its Sports Day at the NED Ground, where our academy students, Minal and Misha, delivered outstanding performances. They secured a **Gold Medal** in the Taekwondo event, a **Bronze Medal** in the relay race, and a **Silver Medal** in the swimming competition.

It is a matter of great pride for us that our academy students are not only excelling academically but are also top performers in physical activities. 💪🏅

**Yesterday, an Expo was held at Ta**us School, where students were given exposure to a variety of activities. The Taekwondo exhibition was also a part of this event.**

At the Taekwondo stall, both parents and students showed great interest and enhanced their knowledge by learning about the equipment and training methods.

We would like to extend our special thanks to Section Head middle school **Ma'am Nabiha Waqar** , for considering us and giving us the opportunity to set up the Taekwondo stall.

On 14th January, at the National Coaching Center, the Annual Sports Day of *The Benchmark School* witnessed an outstanding Taekwondo display by the students. 🥋✨

Around **400 students** participated in this powerful performance, showcasing their **best skills, discipline, energy, and teamwork**. The synchronized moves, confidence, and passion truly amazed the audience and made the event unforgettable.

A big salute to all the young champions and their Coaches for such a remarkable display! 👏🔥

Yesterday, a session on Sports and Nutrition for Adults was organized at Sindh Youth Club. Final-year students from Iqra University shared their expertise and knowledge with young athletes. At the beginning of the event, DSO East Mr. Ismail Shah welcomed all the participants and appreciated the efforts of everyone involved. This initiative by the *Sports, Youth & Affairs Department of Sindh* was highly commendable, and we hope that more awareness sessions like this will continue in the future, as they play a vital role in improving the performance of young athletes.

* **سید محمد زوہیب قادری** نے **آرمی** کی نمائندگی کرتے ہوئے بہترین کھیل پیش کیا اور گولڈ میڈل 🏅 حاصل کیا اور *عبیرہ فاطمہ* نے **سندھ** کی نمائندگی کرتے ہوئے **سلور میڈل** اپنے نام کیے۔

یہ سندھ صوبے کے لیے نہایت **فخر کی بات** ہے کہ ہمارے ایتھلیٹس نے ٹاپ کھلاڑیوں کی موجودگی میں نمایاں کارکردگی دکھائی اور اپنی پرفارمنس سے یہ ثابت کیا کہ **رِنگ کے اصل بہترین پرفارمرز ہم ہی ہیں۔

Today, the HEC Taekwondo Team conducted their training session at the Sindh Scouts Youth Taekwondo Academy, where HEC Head Coach Arif and IU Sports Manager Rehmat Jan were also present. It is truly an honor for our academy that top teams and players choose to come here for their training.
We also extend our gratitude to DSO East, Ismail Shah, for providing us with all the necessary facilities and support.

On 16 November, a Taekwondo Belt Promotion Test and Ceremony was held at Warriors Taekwondo Academy, located at Maidan KMC Sports Complex.
The event was organized by the Academy President, Master Muhammad Javed Khan, and Academy Secretary, Rahul Roy.

The external test panel included Master Babar Baig, Master Ashfaq Ahmed, Master Zahid Baig, Master Waseem Faraz, Master Ali Anwar & Master Shabbir Hussain , who conducted the belt test. It is a matter of great pride for us that we were invited to conduct the tests at the academy of our own teacher .

سید محمد زوہیب قادری، سندھ اسکاوٹس یوتھ تائیکوانڈو اکیڈمی کے باصلاحیت کھلاڑی، قطر روانہ ہو گئے ہیں جہاں وہ تائیکوانڈو میں پاکستان کی نمائندگی کرتے ہوئے ایشیائی یوتھ گیمز میں حصہ لیں گے۔ یہ بین الاقوامی مقابلے نوجوان کھلاڑیوں کے جوش و جذبے اور کھیلوں کی روح کا شاندار مظاہرہ ہوں گے۔ تیسری ایشیائی یوتھ گیمز 22 سے 31 اکتوبر 2025 تک منامہ، بحرین میں منعقد ہوں گی، جن میں تائیکوانڈو سمیت 21 مختلف کھیل شامل ہیں
