As athletes rise to the top, they often rely heavily on their experience, their existing techniques and strategies, which can make them comfortable. Even famous taekwondo stars can find themselves losing to newcomers. It's not just about physical ability but mental agility is too crucial. New athletes are more receptive to new information willing to take risks and eager to try & apply. Success in taekwondo or any sport requires an ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

جب ہم اپنے 77ویں یوم آزادی کا جشن مناتے ہیں، تو ہمیں اپنے بانیوں کے خوابوں اور ہمارے ہیروز کی قربانیوں کو نہیں بھولنا چاہیے۔ ہم آج چیلنجز کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں، لیکن ہماری عزم اور قوت ہمیں انہیں عبور کرنے میں مدد دے سکتی ہے۔ آئیے امید، اتحاد، اور ترقی کے جذبے کو دوبارہ زندہ کریں۔ آئیے مل کر اپنے اور اپنے ملک کے لئے ایک روشن مستقبل کی تعمیر کریں۔
