We were never taught how to have a healthy relationship with food.
We were taught to finish our plates.
To earn dessert.
To eat less when we felt bad about ourselves.
To celebrate with food, grieve with food, reward with food.
And then one day we wonder why eating feels so complicated.
This is not about willpower or discipline. It’s a relationship problem.
And like any relationship, it can change.

Food is never just food.
It connects to how we see ourselves, how we grew up, and how we move through the world every day.
Nourish is a workshop that gives you space to explore exactly that.
Not to judge. Not to fix. Just to understand.
Understanding your relationship with food is where change begins.
Good for:
• Anyone curious about their relationship with food
• People with mild to moderate eating distress
• Therapists, coaches, nutritionists, dietitians, doctors (gynaecologists, endocrinologists, GPs)
This workshop is also a prerequisite for the Diploma in Eating Disorders, launching this fall as a hybrid programme.
Facilitated by Samia Chundrigar in association with Nourish Private Practice.

Today is World Health Day.
This year’s theme is Together for Health.
Stand with Science.
At CPPD, we know that health is not one thing.
It includes how you feel, how you connect, and how you care for yourself alongside others.
On this day, we want to remind our community: your wellbeing matters.
Not just so you can help others. Because you matter.

Bipolar disorder is one of the most misunderstood mental health conditions.
Not because it is rare.
But because the way it gets talked about, in passing, as a joke, as an exaggeration, makes it harder for people to be honest about what they are actually going through.
Today is World Bipolar Day.
A good day to set the record straight.
Swipe through. 👉🏽

Food is never just food.
It connects to how we see ourselves, how we grew up, and how we move through the world every day.
Nourish is a workshop that gives you the space to explore exactly that.
Not to judge.
Not to fix.
Just to understand.
You’ll look at your own patterns with food and your body.
Where they came from.
What keeps them going.
And what it might feel like to relate to food a little differently.
Whether you’re exploring this for yourself or you work with people around food-related concerns, this workshop meets you where you are.
Facilitated by Samia Chundrigar in association with Nourish Private Practice.

We all carry parts of ourselves we’ve learned to hide.
The parts that feel too much.
The parts that need too much.
The parts that were told they were “too much.”
What if these parts aren’t problems to solve?
What if they’re aspects that need witnessing and welcome?
Creating safety for others starts with creating safety within yourself.
Learning to hold your own tender places with care.
In our training, we explore how to create the kind of presence that allows people to breathe. To be real. To let their guard down.
This isn’t a technique you learn.
It’s a way of being you cultivate.
When you can hold space for all parts of yourself, you naturally create room for others to do the same.

Eid Mubarak from all of us at CPPD.
This Eid arrives at a time when many hearts are heavy. We are thinking of everyone in our community, near and far, who is navigating uncertainty, grief, or worry right now.
We hope today brings you something gentle. A quiet moment. A warm meal. The company of someone you love.
From our community to yours, Eid Mubarak.

We are good at pushing feelings aside.
There is always something more urgent, more practical, more deserving of our attention.
But emotions don’t disappear just because we ignore them.
They stay.
Sometimes they get louder.
Sometimes they show up in ways we don’t expect.
Mental health awareness isn’t about having all the answers.
It starts with something much simpler.
Noticing what you are carrying.
Giving it a name.
And knowing that you don’t have to carry it alone.
Take a moment to check in with yourself today.
Not just with how much you are getting done, but with how you are feeling.
