I'm thrilled to announce that I've completed a certification in Psychology from Yale University! Throughout my 11-year journey, from being an employee to becoming a CEO, I've come to realize the critical importance of understanding human psychology, behaviors, and mental well-being in building a successful team. This knowledge has helped me create effective mechanisms for internal and external communications in my professional life.it has also significantly impacted my personal life, enabling me to navigate challenging situations and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

As I often share on Instagram, communication plays an important role in addressing social issues. I strongly believe that understanding our brain, body, emotions, and behaviors is essential to creating a better workplace environment, fostering mental stability, and promoting overall well-being for ourselves and our teams. This certification has further empowered me to share valuable insights and strategies with my audience, and I'm eager to continue this journey of learning and growth!

We all need validation in our personal and professional lives. One day, I wondered why we rely so much on others for happiness. It's like we always need someone else to make us happy. So, I asked myself if I could spend time alone without using the internet, apps, or my camera. At first, it seemed scary, but then I realized that people will accept me when I accept myself. That's when I discovered a new side of myself. I wanted to write stories, poetry, learn art, start a foundation, design clothes, and more! When you explore yourself, you feel a productivity and energy you never felt before. You must explore yourself to find new opportunities. Have you ever tried this?

What a shameful reality! Women are conditioned to remain silent and tolerate abusive husbands, treating them like slaves. No one, not even a husband, has the right to physically harm you. It’s alarming that we’ve trivialized marriage and domestic violence in Pakistan. We mock women’s struggles, whether it’s a bogus ‘iddat’ case or violent abuse. Our celebrities, NGOs, and legal authorities need to take concrete action. Where are the advocates for women’s empowerment, like Mariam Nawaz? Why are societal pressures forcing girls into marriage, labeling them ‘jaahil’ if they don’t comply? Some men treat wives like maids or objects for their pleasure. We condemn feminism and women’s empowerment, but what’s the alternative? Our leaders are criminals, organizations are ineffective, and judges are biased. It’s a shame, a collective shame!

A recent controversy has sparked anger, where content creators and actors were paid to promote a government campaign, flooding social media with biased content. Influencers with millions of followers have a significant impact on their audience, and it’s their responsibility to speak with authenticity and honesty. If you’ve personally witnessed something, you have the right to share your experience. However, spreading unverified information for personal gain is shameful and damaging. It’s disheartening to see this trend, especially in a country where the government has banned Twitter (X) and restricted internet access for youth, harming online businesses and Pakistan’s economy. With many pressing issues in Pakistan, such as poverty and inequality, it’s crucial to use our voices for positivity and change. Let’s choose to stand up for what matters and speak out against corruption and misinformation.

Hello everyone! I’m excited to announce that my online courses are launching again in July, Insha’Allah! The schedule and course outline will be shared soon. Additionally, I’ll be hosting online webinar sessions for open discussions on various topics. If you’re interested in participating, please let me know. All sessions will be live-streamed on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

These sessions aim to develop leaders within my community and provide students with opportunities to learn new skills. While the courses will be paid, the webinar sessions will be free for panelists, but students who wish to participate will need to register for a fee of Rs 500 each.
