🔐 The Code of Squash
If you don’t know a mobile phone’s password, you simply cannot unlock it. In the same way, you cannot enter the list of top squash players without knowing the “code” of the game.
For a phone, the code is made of digits or alphabets. But in squash, the real “alphabets” are:
✔️ Racket Preparation
✔️ Perfect Body Posture
These are developed through a precise and scientific understanding of the court’s:
• Height | • Size | • Structure
Everything must align with the natural design of the game. Once you learn this “code”… The game unlocks for you 🔓

Squash Has a Specific Recipe 🏆
You can build a basic introduction to squash by mixing elements from different sports—using various physical “spices” like exercises and training styles. But this approach often overloads the body, negatively affecting your physical budget and slowing down recovery.
True squash, at a professional level, follows a specific recipe.
A well-trained squash player doesn’t just work hard—they work smart. Their training is designed to use energy efficiently, not waste it. This allows the body to maintain a proper calorie budget, ensuring fast recovery and strong physical backup for the next performance.
💯 In professional squash, it’s not about how much energy you spend—it’s about how wisely you manage it.

Resources vs. Discipline – What Truly Sets You Apart? 🚗🏠
We often think that success depends solely on having the best tools, the most expensive gadgets, or a luxurious environment. But the truth lies elsewhere.
Imagine two people with the exact same high-end interior and all the comforts of life.
✅ One keeps their room perfectly organized—every item in its place, creating a sanctuary of productivity.
❌ The other has the same luxury, yet can’t maintain the order. Their room remains a chaotic mess despite having every resource available.
This same rule applies to Squash, Racing, and Life.
If two racers drive the exact same brand of car, both with full tanks and powerful engines, why does one become a Top 10 player while the other gets stuck at 100?
The difference isn't the car; it’s the Driver. 🏁
1️⃣ The Skill: Anyone can drive, but not everyone understands the intricate functions of the machine.
2️⃣ The Discipline: Having resources is one thing; having the discipline to manage them is the real talent.
3️⃣ The Maintenance: Those who know how to value and maintain what they have are the ones who reach the finish line first.
The Bottom Line:
It doesn’t matter how powerful your engine is—if the driver lacks discipline and mastery, they will never reach the podium. Success isn't just about getting the best; it’s about the excellence and capability to maintain it.

READ • PREPARE • EXECUTE 🔥
‎“Always read the three stages of the ball’s bounce before hitting.”
‎• Early bounce
‎• Peak bounce
‎• Drop phase
‎Control the game by reading the ball — not chasing it.
‎“Use a complete backswing from both sides.”
‎• Forehand ✔️
‎• Backhand ✔️
‎Every shot matters — every preparation counts.
‎⚡ No half swings. No blind hitting. Only smart squash.

Most players hit… Champions prepare.
Position “A” is everything.
No Racket Head Up = No Accuracy.
It’s simple:
👉 No aim → No game
🔥 Train smart. Play like a champion.

Squash Insight by Abdul Basit Uppal
‎Racket preparation is one of those lessons that even the so-called “masters” fail to truly understand.
‎In reality, it is as simple as a light slap from a mother’s hand —
‎no brute force, no aggression… just perfectly adjusted weight, delivered subconsciously.
‎It doesn’t break bones…
‎but it wakes you up completely.
‎That’s exactly what great racket work is.
‎💡 It’s not about hitting the ball hard.
‎It’s about how you deliver the racket to the ball.
‎Just like everyone knows how to slap…
‎but very few know how to transfer that same effortless, controlled impact through the racket.
‎🔥 This is where most players struggle.
‎But here’s the truth:
‎If you work on it with awareness and understanding,
‎mastering it is not difficult at all.
‎It’s simple…
‎but only for those who truly understand it.
