It's considered the safest shoulder press as you don't need to work on the stability while performing this... stability has its own benefits but this makes your shoulders isolate and you can get a beautiful pump in your shoulders during this... Watch this and get better to get bigger shoulders... 💪💪

Hitting a PR of 140kgs, 308lbs Deadlift. You can see the shaking, this weight made me tremble 😅

But the good thing is that I started with 40kgs, and it's getting stronger day by day.

Be mindful that gym is just 4% of the day. You have to take care of the remaining 96% of the day too., By that, I mean your diet, nutrition, and lifestyle.
