General information
Reza Munir has been a dedicated professional in the health and fitness industry long before the opening of his gym, Structure, in 2001. He is a licensed professional from the American College of Sports Medicine with a Masters in Training, Nutrition, Juniors Training and Seniors Training.
He has extensive experience in the health and fitness industry which includes advising the Pakistan Army. He is responsible for revamping the Army’s Fitness Manual and Test Systems and for planning and constructing several gyms for the Army across the country.
Reza has also fused his knowledge of health and nutrition to create a unique “Health Menu” (offered exclusively at Structure) consisting of nutritionally balanced and calorie-counted meals which have proven to be a must in the diet of any fitness enthusiast.
It is this experience and commitment to health and fitness that Reza brings to the new gym. For Reza, Structure has been a labour of love – it is more than a gym for him, it is a place where he loves to work out.
