What should have been a routine journey turned into a 7-month ordeal filled with uncertainty, separation, and silent struggle for their families.
Today, we express our deepest gratitude and respect to Senator Talha Mahmood and his foundation for their consistent efforts, and to the Pakistan Army for playing a vital role in securing the safe release of these innocent people. Their commitment and perseverance brought hope where there was despair.
One of these brave men is affectionately known as “Turgut” a talented sportsman, a fearless rider, and above all, a kind-hearted human being. His journey reminds us that our traditional sportsmen are not just players; they are custodians of culture, heritage, and resilience.
