The Pakistan Overseas Lacrosse Team proudly debuted at the Heritage Lacrosse Cup at Rider University, New Jersey, competing against teams from Zimbabwe, Argentina, Philippines, Croatia, Haiti, and Hong Kong.
This tournament provided an incredible exposure and learning opportunity for our players and coaching staff. Special appreciation to Coach Mo Asif for his phenomenal leadership and dedication throughout the event.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the organizers, supporters, and everyone involved in making this experience possible. Our players gave their absolute best, gained valuable experience, and learned lessons that will help us grow stronger.

On the direction and vision of Director General Pakistan Sports Board and Secretary IPC, Honorable Mr. Mohyuddin Wani, to promote “Sports for All” and grassroots development for young athletes, Pakistan Lacrosse Federation has proudly launched the Lacrosse for All Training Program at Pakistan Sports Complex.
An open invitation has been extended to all schools to join this initiative and benefit from free professional lacrosse training. All equipment and training facilities are being provided free of cost by the Pakistan Lacrosse Federation under the supervision of professional and internationally certified coaches.
Pakistan Lacrosse Federation is committed to expanding opportunities for youth participation in sports and will also conduct lacrosse workshops at interested schools and colleges across Islamabad to promote healthy lifestyles, skill development, and grassroots sports growth.
