This is to inform all members that Fisico Fitness Gym will remain closed from Friday, 20th March 2026 to Sunday, 29th March 2026 on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

The gym will reopen on Monday, 30th March 2026, with regular timings.

📣NOTICE: New opening hours for Females

We are pleased to announce that we have extended our opening hours, to accommodate your needs. Effective 1st May, 2025 our new opening hours will be Monday to Saturday 8:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M, Fridays 8:00am to 12:30pm and closed on Sundays due to the National Directives.

We hope the new time will be more convenient and allow us to provide a better service to you.

This is to inform that Fisico Fitness GYM will remain closed on Monday, 17th June, 2024 to Sunday 23rd June , 2024 on account of Eid-ul-Azha. GYM will re-open from (Monday, 24th June, 2024) with the same timing.

This is to inform that Fisico Fitness GYM will remain closed on Monday, 08th April, 2024 to Sunday 14th April, 2024 on account of Eid-ul-Fitar. GYM will re-open from (Monday, 15th April, 2024) with the same timing.

Fisico Fitness GYM will remain closed on 8th & 9th February, 2024 on account of General Elections, 2024. GYM will re-open from (Saturday, 10th February, 2024) with the same timing.

Party by Females GYM Members at GYM

This is to inform that Fisico Fitness GYM will remain closed on Friday, September 29, 2023 on account of Eid Milad un Nabi ( 12th Rabi ul Awal ).

Due to ashura (9th & 10th moharram) GYM will remain closed on 28th & 29th July, 2023. It will re-open from 12th moharram (Monday, 31st July, 2023) with the same timing.
