Exciting News!
After over a year of hard work, we’re thrilled to announce a major upgrade in our belt manufacturing process! To accommodate this exciting development, we’ve expanded and built a brand-new, three-story workshop right next to our existing one.
My office has been moved to the new workshop, which now features a spacious hall dedicated to housing all the big Machines.
This upgrade brings a highly precise, clean, and automated machine cutting system for plate fabrication. With this new technology, our belt production will be faster, and the cuts will be more precise and cleaner than ever before.
it will be a treat for the belts Like Winged Eagle, Big Eagle etc which does have very sharp corners and curves
In the sample pictures i have attached the pictures of NWA US Tag title and take a look at the accuracy of that cutting which is nearly impossible to do with traditional Manual Hand Cutting

With the overwhelming number of orders and growing demand, it’s time to expand once again. We’re excited to announce that a brand-new, three-story workshop is currently under construction right next to our existing facility—and it’s already 70% complete!

But that’s not all! Inside this new facility, another major upgrade is on the way that will take the quality and precision of Classic Shields plates to the next level.

These improvements will not only enhance craftsmanship but also help us manage wait times and fulfill orders more efficiently.
