Turns out, running around Błonia and then hitting a small ball with a racket is just one very good Saturday. We’re teaming up with the pros at for a morning of movement.
Here’s the plan:
We meet at SAO Sports Hub (Piastowska 26) at 10:00 AM. A quick heads-up: transport to this one is a bit of a puzzle, so plan your trip ahead. Bags? Sorted. You can drop your stuff safely with us while you run and play.
THE RUN
No sign-up needed. The pavement is always free.
THE RACKETS
After the run, we stay. To play.
Padel. Tennis. Pickleball.
The SAO instructors will show you the ropes, so zero experience is needed. This is where the sign-up comes in. We have 50 free spots, split into two groups of 25.
While one group plays, the other will be in their natural habitat: drinking coffee and hanging out in the chill zone. Then, we swap. It’s a whole thing.
And yes, it’s all 100% free.
So, if you want to trade your running shoes for a racket (temporarily), hit the link in our bio. Spots are limited. Don’t sleep on this.

the media team took the day off.
so you’re getting words instead of pretty pictures. bear with us.
The Cracovia Marathon and the Night 10k weekend is here, and if you’re running it, you already know that feeling.
The nerves quietly setting in. the legs that don’t know whether to rest or move. The brain convincing you that one more rest day is either the best or worst idea you’ve ever had.
This is where we come in.
Saturday. 10:00 AM. Plac Wolnica - right on the square, back to the basics.
We’re gathering for a shakeout. Nothing serious. Just a light run to remind your body what it’s good at, followed by coffee, a proper stretch, and some mobility work to get your legs feeling like legs again.
Running the 10K night race Saturday evening?
Come shake it out with us first.
Running the full marathon Sunday morning?
Same thing. Just show up, move a little, and let the city remind you why you signed up for this.
We’ll do the rest together.

There are two moments in a marathon when you question everything.
The 25km mark, when the energy starts to fade. And the 35km mark, when your soul has officially left your body.
This Sunday, we’re going to be at both.
x are setting up a CHEERZONE for - right next to Tauron Arena, on the crosswalk near to Lema 32.
We will stand in the middle of the road and scream at people running 42 kilometers. Your job is simple: show up, make noise, and help us convince these legends to keep moving.
Bring signs. Bring speakers. Bring a voice you’re not afraid to lose. This isn’t about running; it’s about being the boost of energy someone else desperately needs.
No sign-up necessary. Just show up and get loud.

Posting the April schedule on April 14th is objectively ridiculous. We have no excuse. We were busy. We forgot. We were running.
But here’s what’s left of the month:
April 18 (Saturday) - RNC shake-out run before Cracovia Marathon and the night 10k. 3/5km Latte + 5km Flat White. For people who signed up for the races and people who like to watch people suffer. (Not affiliated with the race, we’re just vibing nearby.)
April 19 (Sunday) - CHEERZONE at Cracovia Marathon. RNC x Our Girls Club at Tauron Arena, 25th + 35th km. We yell, you show up. Emotional support for strangers running 42km because they made questionable life choices.
April 25 (Saturday) - run&padel with SAO Sports. Running first, then aggressively hitting a ball with a racket. Details soon but trust the process.
Easter weekend was off. April 11 was the boat run at Pino River. If you were there, you know. If you weren’t, we’re sorry for your loss.
May schedule will be posted in May. Revolutionary, we know.

Easter Weekend = No Official Run
Next Saturday (April 4th), there’s no runs’n coffee session.
Easter weekend. Family obligations. Chocolate-based commitments. You know how it goes.
But we also know a big part of this community doesn’t celebrate Easter.
So we’ve created a special channel in the WhatsApp group specifically for finding a running buddy this weekend.
Post your pace. Post your preferred time. Post your route idea and find your people.
It won’t be an official RNC run, but it’ll still be your run.
We’ll be back the following weekend with the usual beautiful chaos.
Until then - happy hunting (for running partners or eggs, whichever applies).
We wish you all the best 🏃☕️

After listening to your feedback, we’ve made some significant changes to how we operate.
Starting this Saturday, the minimum pace across all runs’n coffee sessions will be 4:30/km. This is now our slowest group - the Espresso.
We’ll also introduce:
* Espresso Doppio: 4:00/km
* Espresso Triplo: 3:30/km
Runners unable to maintain these standards may be asked to leave the group. We know this is a big shift, but we believe it’s time to rebrand as runs or coffee - you’ll have to choose one now.
The social aspect was nice while it lasted, but talking slows you down.
Thank you for understanding.
April 1st.

We told Jeff’s to expect 50.
84 showed up.
To their absolute credit - they didn’t blink. They just kept opening the doors, pointing upstairs, and finding room.
By the time we settled in, we had taken over pretty much the entire upper floor of .
The RNC effect. It happens.
But let’s rewind.
Saturday morning, Galeria Kazimierz. The sky had the look of something that wanted to rain but thought better of it - which, after two consecutive days of proper Kraków misery, felt like a personal favour.
No sun. Not pretty. But dry. We’ll take dry.
Groups divided. Photo taken. The megaphone did not work. Again. (We know. We’re dealing with it. Allegedly.)
Then we ran.
And then came the part everyone had been quietly looking forward to.
Jeff’s. Hot food. The 2 for 1 deal that, on paper, required everyone to pair up with someone.
Here’s what actually happened: people sat down, looked to their left, said „shall we?” and that was it.
No coordination required. Just 84 people who’d just run through a grey Kraków morning, ready to share a meal with whoever the universe sat next to them.
Which is, honestly, the whole point of this thing.
Next Saturday? We’re Taking a Bunny Break 🐰
Easter weekend means no run on Saturday, April 4th.
See you after the holiday 🏃☕️

[SIGN-UPS IN BIO]
Picture this.
It’s 10:00 AM on a Saturday. You’re standing by Galeria Kazimierz, slightly cold, slightly undercaffeinated, surrounded by people who made the same questionable decision to be outside at this hour.
You run. 6K or 4K, your call. The city does its thing. You do yours.
And then - .
A proper American diner tucked inside Galeria Kazimierz, with a section that’s about to have our name on it. Booths. Hot food. And a deal that only works the way this community works: together.
2 breakfasts for 1 — but you order as a pair.
Here’s the thing. In any other context, that might feel awkward. But you’re not in any other context.
You’re at a runs’n coffee Saturday, surrounded by tens of people who all just did something with their morning when they didn’t have to.
Finding a breakfast partner here is less of a challenge and more of an inevitability. Just turn to your left.
We’ve secured 50 spots inside Jeff’s. Unlimited coffee refills included, because of course they are.
To lock one in - sign up via the link in bio. First 50, first seated.
No reservation? Still come. The run is open to everyone, always. Try your luck on the day or just show up for the kilometers and the conversation.
Saturday, March 28th. 10:00 AM. Riverside entrance to Galeria Kazimierz.
One thing: no bag drop this week. Travel light.
See you out there.

Back in January, when we hit 1,000 followers, we made a joke.
We said something like, „At this rate, we’ll hit 2k by next Wednesday.”
The truth is, we weren’t far off.
We blew past that 2,000-person milestone almost immediately, but we were too busy to celebrate. Our heads were buried in spreadsheets, logistics, and a whole lot of heart, organizing the biggest event of our lives - Running 4 Zosia.
Now, the times are a bit more peaceful. We’ve had a moment to breathe, to look up, and to realize that we are now a crew of over 2,500.
It’s been a wild ride. We clearly remember the anxious excitement commuting to the first run, hoping 20 people would show up. Then just a few months later managing a crowd THIRTEEN times that size.
We’ve grown into the third-biggest run club in Kraków, and without a doubt, the city’s largest and most vibrant international community. We now have more collaboration requests than we have Saturdays in the schedule.
This isn’t our success.
Every single person who sets an alarm when they’d rather be asleep, who laces up in the rain, who brings a friend, who starts a conversation with a stranger over coffee - that’s the real engine of this club.
We organised a run, but You started a movement.
We set the time and place, but You bring the party.
You are not just a runner.
You’ve built this. You are runs’n coffee.
We kicked off 2026 by setting the bar ridiculously high, but with a community like this, we are more than ready to push it even higher.
With this group, we know we are on the right track to making every Saturday for the rest of the year even better.
Thank you for being part of it. Let’s see how far we can take this thing.

Apparently, 90 runners is the exact number required to break our megaphone.
The start of this Saturday was beautiful but chaotic. For the first time ever, our trusty megaphone decided to take a day off. Add to that a warm-up space that was... let’s call it „intimate,” and you had the perfect RNC moment.
And yet, nearly 100 of you navigated the madness, found your groups, and hit the pavement with us. We split the massive crowd into four streams - from a gentle 3K Latte Pace to a breezy 10K along the river - and headed out into the sunshine.
The wind tried its best to slow us down, but the sun was on our side, and that’s all that really matters.
After the run, we descended upon the bark to cash in on that legendary 5 PLN coffee deal. The sun was out, the coffee was flowing, and enjoying the views from a floating restaurant on the Vistula was the perfect reward for the kilometers we put in.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, embraced the chaos, and made this one for the books. And a massive shoutout to Pino River for hosting our caffeinated invasion and serving up some incredible coffee.

This Saturday, we run on land and drink coffee on the water. ⚓️☕️
We are changing the scenery. We’re teaming up with the incredible crew at Pino River for a special edition run where the afterparty happens on a bark floating on the Vistula. It doesn’t get more Kraków than this.
To make it even better, they’ve unlocked a killer deal for the RNC community. After the run, you can grab any coffee from their classic menu - Americano, Espresso, Flat White, Cappuccino - for just 5 PLN.
Please read the logistics carefully, because things are a little different this week:
First off, we’re starting a bit later - you get to sleep in. Set your alarms half an hour later, because we are starting at 10:30 AM, not 10:00.
We’ll meet directly in front of the Pino River bark, where you can drop your bags safely inside the restaurant before we hit the pavement.
For the run, we’re pouring the full menu: from the gentle 3K & 5K Latte Paces to the classic 5K Flat White and a social 10K long run (at a friendly 6:30/km pace). There’s a distance and vibe for everyone.
After we’ve earned our calories, we’ll head back to the boat to cash in on that 5 złoty coffee deal and enjoy the views from the deck. Think of it as the perfect reward: a solid run along the river, followed by some afordable, high-quality coffee with the best scenery in the city.
Lace up. See you on deck.

We are officially past the yoga event, and we need to take a second to talk about what just happened.
It was, without a doubt, one of the top events we have ever put together.
The vibe at Zakrzówek was completely unmatched. Between the stony walls, the wooden decks, and the bright blue water, you couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop to finally welcome spring.
Around 100 of you showed up. One hundred people. The sun was shining, the temperature hit 18 degrees, and all of it felt too good to be true.
We got our warm-up done by , split into two groups for the morning: our classic 5K social run and a 3K Latte Pace.
The route around the lake and through the forest was definitely more demanding than our usual flat city loops - the elevation gain out there is no joke, but you all crushed it.
Then came the main event. We gathered back on the decks right by the water for an hour of yoga and stretching led by the amazing instructors from .krakow.
We had 50 spots reserved specifically for the women to celebrate our belated Women’s Day event, and they were claimed in 3 hours. The rest of our runners did actually jump straight into the water. We didn’t officially plan an ice plunge, it was a rewarding decision tho.
We finished the morning by completely taking over .zakrzowek. We grabbed our discounted coffees, loaded up on pastries, and just hung out.
The best part of the day was the energy. People were mingling, talking to new faces, and genuinely connecting in a sporty way, a way you don’t always see.
To everyone who traveled from out of town, to the locals, to House of Om, and to every single person who showed up ready to sweat and stretch:
Thank you.
Spring is here, and the bar is set very high. 🧘♀️💧
