​It’s been a long journey through the junior ranks of the Twin State Martial Arts Federation. Today, the "junior" tag is gone. Officially stepped onto the competition mats in the 18–34 category!
​Grateful for the instructors and teammates who pushed me from day one to right now. The grind continues. 👊💥

On this World Karate Day, October 25th, I'm reflecting on what an incredible privilege it is to be a part of this journey. Learning about the Okinawan Sensei’s who, in 1936, named our art 'Karate' (空手 - 'empty hand') reminds me of the profound history and the generations of dedication that came before us.
​For me, Karate is more than just techniques; it’s a constant lesson in discipline, resilience, and humility. Every session is an opportunity to learn, to grow, and to honor the traditions passed down through time. I'm truly grateful for every step of this path. What does this deep-rooted art mean to you? 🙏 "
