There are also those who do it for the sake of photos for social media, for them it is also a goal. For some, the very fact of running is a goal, where citizens believe that once they can run, they will realize that they are healthy. This applies to people who are limited in movement due to diseases," says Pavel Kadaner. Many citizens believe that running helps them lose extra pounds. But in reality this is not always the case, the expert explains: Running can be, so to speak, working off sins. For example, a person ate something high in calories and then tries to burn off these calories. I would recommend abandoning this stereotype. Often in gyms, on treadmills, you see people who force themselves, who do not enjoy it, because for them it is a kind of punishment. This is the wrong decision, because a person loses the ability to get joy from doing sports. The energy component is also important, which determines whether a person runs carbohydrates or fats. Depending on this, it is necessary to adjust the speed of running, focusing on the heart rate. The specialist advises to pay attention to the criteria that will help to understand the direction in which a person is moving: the absence of pain, discomfort. Crepitation - muscle pain, is not taken into account. We are talking about pain that corrects the process of walking, sitting, etc. If there is such a sensation, it indicates that we are doing something wrong.
