My name is Alf, I'm a professional acrobat and movement instructor. My mission is to guide you through a smart approach to movement and acrobatics following what I call:
-The monkey path-

A learning Method that abandons the competitive sporty framework
and adopts the cooperative creative one. Therefore we transformed

the word Training (previously associated with expectations, demands and comparisons)
to the word Learning, releasing the potential of enjoying any environment as a playground.
