No tienes resultados aunque estés “entrenando”.

Aquí está el problema que mucha gente no entiende:

❌ Levantar pesado todo el tiempo sin estructura

Today's class was to tighten up technique,

To get to know each other better

To focus on breathing

To break the plateau

Bodypump is a pre-choreographed class where the music and the moves are already planned out by Glen Ostergaard of the Les Mills Fitness company. Some of the songs like the one playing here is torture for me as you know I love non-pop music. On the bright side, some of the other songs, I end up loving like the shoulder track song shown later.

I have been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with various certs since 1997 and I am really grateful to be a Certified Les Mills' Bodypump Instructor to add to my credentials as of 2016!

I believe in always arriving at least a half hour before class in order to set the room up and get the vibe going.

It's also important to practice and fine tune any new moves, so that I understand how to describe what the feeling and rate of exertion should be for maximum results and conditioning/strengthening/burning fat and sugar, as well as to cleanse the blood.

I make sure to offer 2 regressions so that all levels can succeed.
