Active Q is located on roundabout 2 in Quinta do Lago and there you can find in addition to a state-of-the-art indoor facility, an open-air studio with a full programme of activities. Active Q also organises beach boot camp sessions and running or biking along the scenic nature trails. The gym was opened in 2011 and was conceived by Graham Morgan to get people out exercising and enjoying the positive environmental features and lifestyle benefits that Quinta do Lago offers.
