Blue skies, a fresh week, and a good time to get the body moving again. It really does feel as if summer has arrived and the sunshine just makes you feel so much more energised and motivated to move our bodies.

This week’s spotlight is Tuesday morning Strength and Mobility Flow.

The flow using poses that are accessible to all , but with a little bit of "sneaky" strength, holding the poses for longer which enables you to be able to take your time and not rush from pose to pose, but it also helps to get the muscles to work a little more, so it helps strength and balance as well as mobilising and stretching out the body.
The focus is not on pushing harder or complicated poses ( which is the same for all my classes) , but on building strength and mobility in a way that feels manageable, steady, and realistic.

Friendly classes, welcoming atmosphere, and movement designed for real bodies and real life.

Golf fitness is not just about trying to hit the ball further.

It is about staying strong, mobile and able to keep playing the golf you love for longer.
As we get older, it is often the back, hips and shoulders that start to become stiff, sore or restrictive, and that can affect not only your swing, but also how your body feels after a round of golf.

My Tuesday Fit2LoveGolf classes are designed to help improve mobility, build strength, improve posture and help your body cope better with both golf and everyday life.

The classes combine mobility, strength, balance and golf specific movement in a really friendly , fun and supportive environment.

Suitable for all handicaps and fitness levels.
You work at your own pace.

Classes are Tuesdays at 11am in Burgau and also on Zoom.
The next 4 week block starts Tuesday 19th May and there are currently 4 spaces available in studio.

Yoga classes this week at Fit2loveLife in Burgau.

So much of the day is spent rushing from one thing to the next. Yoga gives you an hour to step away from that for a while, move the body, focus on the breathing, and properly switch off.

Some classes are slower and more restorative, others focus a little more on strength and mobility, but all are designed to help you move and feel better in everyday life.

Classes are open to everyone and you can simply work to the level that feels right for you.

Strength training is often made to feel far more complicated than it needs to be.

A lot of people assume they need long gym sessions, heavy weights or endless workouts every week to make progress.

In reality, consistency and structure matter far more than doing more and more.

For many people, the hardest part is not motivation, it is knowing what to do, how much to do, and how to make it fit realistically into everyday life.

That is exactly why I work the way I do through the app.
Every programme is individual and designed around the person, whether that means training at home, in the gym, around golf, alongside yoga, or fitting shorter sessions into a busy week.

Strength training should support your life, not take it over.

One of the biggest misconceptions around strength training is that it needs to take over your life.

A lot of people think they need to train 4 or 5 times a week to see results, but the latest guidance actually shows that for many people, two well structured sessions a week can make a real difference.

What matters most is consistency and having a plan that works for your life and your body.

This is exactly why I work the way I do through the app. Every programme is individual and designed around the person, whether that means training at home, in the gym, or fitting shorter sessions around a busy week.

Strength training does not need to be extreme to be effective.
