Ashtanga Yoga classes Mysore style* at Ashtanga Yoga Revolution Costa da Caparica

every Tuesday and Thursday from 19h to 21h** (CLASS SCHEDULE STARTS 06TH OF AUG., 2019)

*Mysore style (supervised self-practice): class is taught within a group setting where each student moves through the practice at his or her own pace and level and personal adjustments and teaching is given according to the individual needs. The class is suitable for beginners and advanced students with an exisiting Ashtanga Yoga practice. If you are new to Ashtanga Yoga, you learn the fundaments of Ashtanga Yoga and the Primary Series step by step.

**As every student practices at his/her own pace, you can start the class and come between 19h and 19h30. As space is limited to 6 people, please drop me an email and reserve your spot.

The Yoga shala is located Rua de Almada 27, 2825-461 Costa da Caparica.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel for adjustments. If you don’t have your own mat, there a mats available in the studio.

If you live in Costa da Caparica and planning to practice on a regular base, I offer a monhtly fee to attend up to 8 classes per month for EUR 65.-/month.

If you are a student or unemployed, I offer a discount according to your needs.

Ashtanga Yoga Classes – Mysore style
in Costa da Caparica, Portugal


Ashtanga Yoga classes can be arranged for group classes, one to one teaching. Classes are held either in my home yoga studio or at your place.

1.5 hours of Ashtanga Yoga session (1 up to 4 people) EUR 45.- *
(after 4 people) EUR 8.- / each additional pers.

* rates are applicable for teaching within the Costa da Caparica area. Please enquire for rates to teach outside of Costa da Caparica. I'm available to teach in the greater Lisbon area and for corporate yoga classes, too.
If you are interested in regular classes or if you are here for a holiday and you would like to attend classes each day, please enquire for a package deal.
