Wow! It's May - 4 years of Nambin Yoga! 🥰
And honestly, this path has not always felt easy.
There are moments where self-doubt becomes loud. Moments where the mind creates stories about not being enough, not knowing enough, or questioning whether I truly deserve to hold space for others. Impostor syndrome still visits me sometimes, even after years of teaching, creating, learning, and evolving.
But every time I return to the feeling — to the quiet knowing in my body and heart — I remember why I continue.
Because sharing yoga feels meaningful to me.
Because I love witnessing connection, softness, transformation, and presence.
Because I want to leave an impact that goes beyond movement.
Yoga reminds me again and again that many of our doubts are creations of the mind. And when something feels deeply aligned, why continue doubting it?
Over these past 4 years, Nambin Yoga has become more than classes or events. It became a space for connection, growth, reflection, and authenticity. A space where people can simply arrive as they are.
Yoga means unity.
Unity of body, mind, and soul.
A reminder that we are nature, that we all seek genuine happiness, and that we all long to belong.
Sharing yoga is sharing love to me.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far. 🤍

My earliest memories are traced in ink and inspired by the wild stillness of nature.
Art has always been my anchor, and another shift happened when I discovered Neurographic Design.
In the same way Yoga Nidra guides us into the "liminal space" between wakefulness and sleep, Neurographics allows us to access the subconscious mind. It is a moving meditation, just like our Asana Practice.
By rounding the sharp intersections of our drawings, we are physically smoothing out the friction in our thoughts, rewiring our neural pathways while the body remains in a state of total rest.
To deepen this journey, we bring in the medicine of Cacao. As a heart-opener, the Cacao allows the creative flow to move from the chest through the arm and onto the paper, turning "mental noise" into a visual prayer.
It is a triple-thread of stillness: the Nidra to quiet the body, the Cacao to open the heart, and the Neurographics to map the soul.

They call these heart openers for a reason. It’s about more than just the bend; it’s about the bravery to stay open when the world feels upside down. Feet on the earth, heart to the sky, and a whole lot of forest air in between. 🌿🧡

The Vinyasa Flow classes in Lagos offer a dynamic and energizing practice to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Creative sequences guide you through continuous movement, linking breath and body in a way that feels both grounding and alive.
There is space to challenge yourself, and space to soften. To move with intention, and to let go.
All levels welcome. Come as you are and flow.

Somewhere between roots and sky, everything feels light again.
I’ve never felt this much peace before.
After moving across the world, there is suddenly this longing for stillness.
Not stillness as in doing nothing,
but as a quiet, grounded state of mind.
Lately, everything feels lighter. More full.
There is trust.
Now being in Portugal, there is a feeling of home.
Maybe not forever. Maybe movement will come again.
But this moment of arriving…it feels new.
What does Yoga have to do with this?
The practice created a deeper connection within.
It shifted the relationship to body and food.
It made space for boundaries and for new paths to open.
And at some point, teaching began.
Yoga helped finding a voice.
A way to share what this philosophy can unfold.
A reminder:
Yoga is not only about showing up on the mat.
It’s about showing up within.

Soft light, stillness, and a space to land.
Thursdays • 19.30h 💜
The Candle Light Yin & Nidra classes in Lagos invite you to slow down and reconnect. Surrounded by warm candlelight, the practice begins with gentle, mindful movement to release tension from the body, followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that brings you into a state between waking and sleeping.
This is where the nervous system can truly rest. Where thoughts soften. Where the body integrates.
No experience needed. Just come as you are, lie down, and be guided.
A moment for yourself, in the quiet glow of the evening.
