Most time of my life I was suppressing my emotions, my eros and authentic expression.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘

I didn’t have much tolerance to be with life.

To give you some examples

🌿 Opening my heart and risking a heart break & rejection? I didn’t have the capacity to be with pain.

🌿 Showing my work to the world and dealing with possible shame, if nobody is coming to my events?
No way

🌿 Feeling all this pleasure & juiciness inside my body? I didn’t have much tolerance for pleasure

🌿 Expressing my primal power? Ahh,i was too scared to be too much

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴.

This also caused that i was very disconnected from my life force energy.

This week i realized how much capacity for my own intensity i build inside myself:

From deep crying and feeling pain to screaming out my primordial power to full body pleasure.

.and being able to tolerate it inside my body, without having to numb myself afterwards.

What a f*cking journey to feel it all.

Especially the last year i felt deep pain and grief, i wasn't able to feel for almost 34 years of my life.

And at the same time my capacity for pleasure has expanded so much.

More capacity means: more capacity for everything.

I had the story, that if i express myself "too s.exually", nobody is taking me serious OR that others think i just want to show off.

I was especially afraid to be judged by other women.

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆

Because i made the experience to get (sl*t) shamed, objectifed & rejected by expressing my s.exual energy in the past.

𝗦𝗼 𝗶 𝘀𝗵𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲.

I was afraid to lose connection.

🌹 To reclaim my erotic nature FOR myself was/ is a long journey through layers of shame & conditionings and intentional Embodiment work

To be honest, the last 2 months i didn’t feel very "juicy and vibrant".

I can't remember a time in my life, when i have been crying so much.

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 & 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻.

This summer a deep memory came up for me, which i was finally ready to feel in my body

➡️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 "𝗜 𝗔𝗠 𝗔 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗨𝗥𝗘"

The deep emptiness in me, which i tried to numb since a very young age:
Food, alcohol, s.ex, men, partying

.later on yoga, spirituality, meditation.

But the fact is: you can't meditate & breathe your wounds away.

And you know why i was crying so many tears the last months?

Tears of sadness & compassion, because i didn’t know better!

🌿 i didn’t have the tools to move myself out of FREEZE & FAWN and feel my body in s.exual interactions, which felt "off"

🌿 i didn’t have the capacity to say "no" and to sense & hold my boundaries

🌿 i didn’t know that s.exual intimacy is something that i could really enjoy & crave for.
(Because the kind of "casual" s.exuality i was experiencing for years was definitly not worth craving)

🌿 i never felt "s.exy" or "beautiful" in my body and as a woman, because i felt so much shame.

🌿 and: i didn’t know how to FEEL and deal with all this emptiness, pain & frustration inside myself.
