This week's is Maria José Soveral. She's been with us for over 10 years, keeping the Lisbon office in line. For a long time, this finance wizard was the only lady amongst the boys, and led the way to a more gender balanced DRI (some work left to do on that front, though). Don't let her big voice scare you: she's got a heart of gold, and melts down instantly at the sight of the DRI babies who visit!
