If you have been attempting to lose body fat, and have failed to meet your goal,
there's a 95% chance it’s because of improper nutrition.
The problem I see with most people who start a fat loss journey is that they just kind of half-ass it
They never actually pick a REAL DIET STRATEGY.
They think working out hard and making "healthy food" choices is enough,
& never get the progress they truly want
Imagine sweating out in the day after day in your workouts
Only to wake up & still see this flabby stomach STILL
hanging over your belt line every day.
Demoralizing😩
If you know your macros, and you track & follow them,
you will be feeding your body with the nutrients
needed to progressively get leaner.
You'll also have data to actually know what to adjust if you plateau
👉🏾 Eat on schedule
if you fail to plan, then you plan to fail.
Cliche I know, but it’s true.
when you don't plan what you'll eat ahead of time.
You end up trying to "figure it out as you go" throughout the day,
and what usually happens is you settle for what's available & convenient
This usually ends up being trash fast food or trash snacks,
Bringing all progress to a screeching halt
I suggest you plan your meals ahead,
Eliminate the guesswork, actually schedule what time you'll eat & what
and if you really want to take it to the next level
Schedule your eating time with intermittent fasting
