Today we have our ACROYOGA LUNAR 🌙 CLASS at 8pm in Jaya Aerial Lab.

Lunar acroyoga 🌚 is a movement-based meditation that unlocks bliss and deepens connection while co-creating profound healing with the art of touch and passive stretching practice.

Under gravity, the spine can elongate, relax, and twist. Lunar Asana cultivates subtle listening and teaches applied Thai massage principles. 🙏

All will learn to give healing touch, gaining grace and strength in your own body while learning in a safe space✨

Experimental Class is 10€.
