INTENSITY IS THE KEY!⚠️

When I see someone saying that they work hard, but when I see them doing legs:
- Bar super loaded with weights❌
- Poor form/Poor ex*****on of the squat❌
- Very Low reps❌

Guys understand one thing, for you to achieve great quad development you must be worried about contraction not how much you can lift!☝️☝️
