👋Thinking about joining our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training?🤔
This is a reminder that registrations for the 2026 edition are open for two more months only ! We begin on August 29th with a week of immersive practice and study, before continuing the journey together over the following 6 months.🌱
Whether your intention is to teach, to deepen your understanding of yoga, or simply to dedicate time and energy to your practice, this training offers a beautiful space for exploration, commitment and community.

And if you are hesitating, there is something else we want to share: there will be no 200-hour training at Agora in 2027 !
We have been thinking about what to offer to those wishing to continue the journey past the 200H…. and we are happy to share that a 300-hour advanced training is currently in the making and will start in 2027, open to those who have already completed a 200-hour TTC. We will be sharing more details before the summer, stay tuned ! 😍

So for now, before we open this new chapter, this upcoming training is the last opportunity to join the Agora 200-hour for a little while…
Be in touch with us if you have questions !

Much love from the Agora team ❤️

🪷Sangha
Practicing together makes interconnectedness tangible.
So another essential aspect of this month’s theme is Sangha: community.

In the Buddhist tradition, Sangha is one of the Three Jewels, alongside the Buddha (representing our potential for awakening), and the Dharma (the teachings and path of practice). Sangha is not simply a “nice extra” around the practice. It is considered a refuge: something we can genuinely lean into and be supported by.

When we practise together, we feel this directly.
The shared energy, the encouragement of others’ presence, the reminder that we are not moving through life alone.
This becomes especially meaningful in moments of difficulty, both personal and collective. Practice is not about self-improvement unfolding in isolation, each in our own corner. Yoga and meditation can help us remember our interdependence, and that what connects us is much deeper than what divides us.
To practise together is also to learn how to listen, to care, and to stay present with one another.
Keep practicing with an open heart 🧡

💫We host regular meditations in our as well as Week-long Courses on Buddhism, Mindfulness and Meditation, for all level of experience. Check the IG page to know more!

We keep following the thread of Yoga as a practice of relationship this month :
Not only with the body or the breath, but with the subtle movement of life itself. With attention, with our sensations, with the mind as it shifts and settles.
Relationships with others, with our surroundings, with the changing texture of each day.

In the Yoga Sutras, this meeting is reflected through Purusha (awareness) and Prakriti (nature), two forces continuously shaping our experience.
The Yoga practice can be our way of listening to that relationship more closely, and by doing so, perhaps softening a little the illusion of separateness.

Let’s come together for practice and growth 🧡🌱

A few moments from last week’s workshop with Chuck Miller and Syrena

Our theme this month is interconnectedness, and this week was a reminder that practice is never only individual. Through breath, movement, attention and shared presence, we are constantly shaping one another…

As Chuck Miller says: “Whatever you do in life, yoga shows you how to do it better.” By making us more aware, more centered and more connected to one another.

Grateful to everyone who shared the space with us ❤️ and sorry for all the beautiful faces missing in the group picture, you are in our heart !

We do it again next year ✨ !

~~Interconnectedness in the Bhagavad Gita~~

We find this theme of interconnection in the Bhagavad Gita. Krishna describes the universe as held together « like pearls on a thread, » an underlying unity beneath all diversity.
And in Chapter 6, verse 29: « The yogi sees the Self in all beings, and all beings in the Self. »

These teachings invite us to look beyond surface differences, and to sense what is shared. Through practice, this can become something we feel directly. Not as a concept, but as a shift in how we relate to others and to the world.

Indra’s Net
One powerful image of interconnectedness is the Indra’s net. It’s an ancient metaphor, shared across Hindu and Buddhist traditions, that describes reality as an infinite web. At every node, a jewel, and each jewel reflects all the others.
It is simple yet profound: nothing exists independently. Everything is connected, influencing and reflecting everything else.
Through our practice, we can embody this concept. Can you start noticing how your breath, your state of mind, and the quality of your presence influence one another, and how they can shift the space around you?

Interconnectedness
For May, we’ll be exploring the theme of interconnectedness, and it feels especially meaningful for this moment.
It’s a beautiful thread to follow, especially as we’ll be welcoming for a special Evening Yoga Talk on how to meet challenging times through yoga, with the awareness of our interconnectedness at its heart.
In a world that can feel fragmented or overwhelming, yoga offers a way to meet it differently. Not by withdrawing, but by recognising that we are not separate from what is happening around us.
Throughout the month, we’ll explore this in different ways: through philosophy, through practice, and through the simple experience of coming together as a community!

💫Save the date for Friday 15th May : Community event with Chuck Miller «  Yoga Talk : Living awake in difficult times » 18h30-19h30
