Yup. Any time we make a big decision it's ok and normal to feel any of these things. Your mind loves what is comfortable and familiar so will think of all the reasons you should keep doing what you've always done. That's why doing something that relaxes you and then listening to your body, listening to the quiet, calm voice within will give you the answer ✨

I say this to myself every day single day ✨ Why? Because what we tell ourselves matters and all day long we are saying things to ourselves on repeat.
For a long time I was making things harder than they needed to be and didn’t realise just how often I was saying it to myself.
So I committed to telling myself that it gets to be easy. To let it be easy and the shift I've experienced over time has been exactly that 💃🏽
It doesn't mean that there aren't challenges or that life doesn't feel hard at times but I show up to those challenges in a different way and I’m aware of the what I’m saying to myself in the process which makes all the difference.

The mind learns by repetition and it takes at least 21 days to form a new habit, so be patient with yourself ❤️
This is also one of the reasons I provide clients with a custom recording to listen to each day (for a minimum of 21 days) to reprogram new beliefs and behaviours.
