Job location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Gestor de Frota/Mecânico at Go Cycling Portugal in Porto. As a Gestor de Frota/Mecânico, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and maintaining our bike fleet and ensuring smooth operations of the bike rental and tour services. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing bikes, performing regular inspections, ensuring compliance with our procedures, working with our team to ensure proper workflow of all bookings and as customer service in our shop to provide our guests the best experience possible on their bike rentals and self-guided bike tours.

Qualifications

Technical skills: experience in bike maintenance and repair (1 year minimum)
Fluent english: Excellent written and spoken english (mandatory)
Driver's license: mandatory
Customer oriented: Greet clients in our shop, providing adequate support and advice for rentals and briefings on our self-guided tours;
Fleet Operations: Bike fleet Management experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Operations Management: Experience in managing and coordinating daily operations with our team in other locations (not mandatory)
Strong organizational skills: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
