first trip to the dolomites was a complete success 🫢

today was probably the best run of my life 🤯🫪⛰️

everyone says the dolomites are beautiful, but I didn’t realise just how unreal they would be especially at 5am 🥹

stay tuned for a vlog on how we managed to climb up to beat the crowds 😎

comparison is the thief of joy 👀

continuing the message around global running day, something I loved is how people shared about how far they’ve come and I think it’s often easy to get frustrated with where you are now and forget about just how far you’ve come 🎯

specifically around some of the thoughts I have from time to time, I think it’s important to put into perspective what a thought / goal now would’ve meant for a previous version of you years ago 🥹
