Well-done to our Over 45s today as they came away with a well deserved 5-2 victory over Liverpool visitors Maghull Masters. A tight 1st half had the game tied at 2-2 at half time with goals from Mark with a lovely Left footed finish and Tom who ran through to slot home. As the 2nd half progressed our superior fitness put us on the front foot. Jurre scored a lovely half volley after a great 1st touch from a corner. This was followed soon after with a decent strike from the edge of the box from Chris and finished off with a sublime chip into the top corner from Stephen. A clean free flowing game. Thanks to Maghull for the game. Our thoughts turn to our next game against another English side Durley Vets over 35s next Sunday in Ferreiras at 10.30am. All Support Welcome
