Being down with the flu for a week made me pause and realize just how vital our health truly is, especially now that we’re in our 40s.
Those quiet days became a space to refuel, to reassess, and to realign. A reminder that our energy is sacred, and we can’t give it to everything or everyone.
Now, in my 40s, I choose more intentionally, what I nurture, what I accept, and what I allow into my life. Because protecting my well-being is no longer optional… it’s essential.
