Yeah, same.
Here’s the thing: Fitting in is not ❌ the same as belonging.
If you’re trying too hard to “blend in,” ask yourself: Are you being accepted for who you are, or for who you're pretending to be?
🔹 You’re Always on Guard
→ If you have to filter every word or action to be “acceptable,” it’s not your people. True belonging feels like breathing, not acting.
🔹 You Feel Drained, Not Energized
→ If spending time with certain people makes you feel exhausted instead of recharged, take that as a sign. You shouldn’t have to shrink yourself to fit in.
🔹 You Laugh, But You’re Not Happy
→ You go along with the vibe, but inside, you feel disconnected. If you have to force enjoyment, maybe it's not your scene.
🔹 You Can’t Fully Be Yourself
→ You’re constantly editing your personality—toning down your passions, changing your opinions, hiding what makes you you. The right people won’t need you to dim your light.

🤳Whether it's scrolling through social media, multitasking, or constantly checking emails, these interruptions rob us of the opportunity to be truly present and productive.
The more we give in to distractions, the more we lose sight of what truly matters.
🪦Exactly two years ago, I was about to get hit by a car because of scrolling something. That was eye-opening for me.
To reclaim our time and potential, we must learn to focus, prioritise, and protect our attention from the silent theft of distraction.

You need to do something that can fire up motivation to do more. My routines help me to gear up.
➪Share your idea with someone you trust.
i.e.Tell a friend about your new project for accountability.
➪Simplify your first step.
i.e.If starting a fitness journey, just lay out your workout clothes tonight.
➪Say it out loud to commit.
i.e. Declare, “I’m starting my blog today,” and take the first action to back it up.
I have one to shake me up on workout days " yeaaah, you are at the gym, do it"
➪Visualize the outcome and write it down.
i.e. Imagine the launch of your business, then jot down one task to make it real.
➪Schedule it on your calendar.( 90% of people fail here)
i.e. Block 30 minutes tomorrow to work on your goal—it makes it real.
➪Do it scared.( i remember my first video recording, sooo bad)
i.e. Applying to the job? Call that mentor or apply for that job, even if your voice shakes.
