In an electrifying final at the West End Cricket Stadium, 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐂 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐐𝐂𝐀 𝐂𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝟏𝟖-𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝. Quantum United won the toss and elected to field on a fresh, flat track. Taprobane CC capitalized on the batting-friendly conditions, with Miftas and Lasith setting a solid foundation with a 54-run partnership in just 6.5 overs.

Miftas continued his brilliant form, partnering with Dinouk to add an impressive 117 runs in 11.2 overs. Their combined efforts were pivotal in setting a commanding total of 187/4 in 20 overs. Miftas top-scored with 83 runs, followed by Dinouk with 54 and Lasith with a quick 26. Their elegant and powerful batting display set the stage for Taprobane’s dominance.

Quantum United faced a daunting chase, and their hopes took an early blow when their key batsman Ayaaz was run out without scoring. Despite a promising partnership between Adnan and Imdad. Taprobane's disciplined bowling attack kept the pressure on. Supun, the standout bowler, was instrumental in breaking crucial partnerships and maintaining control. His left-arm leg spin proved decisive, as he took key wickets, continuing his excellent form with 10 wickets in the last 4 matches.

Quantum United ultimately fell short, bowled out for 169 in 19.1 overs. Taprobane’s bowlers executed their plans perfectly, with each contributing to the defense of their total. This comprehensive team effort secured Taprobane CC’s maiden QCA Cup title just three years after the club’s inception.

The victory marks a significant milestone for Taprobane CC, who remained undefeated throughout the tournament. Their journey to the title was characterized by consistent performances, with seven matches & six different players earning 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 awards over the course of the competition. Standout players included 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐤, 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐚, 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐡, 𝐌𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐚𝐬, 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚.
