For anyone interested in practicing their Day Skipper skills or just to get some miles under their belts, I have spaces on the Catamaran this weekend, both Friday and Saturday. If anyone is interested, please call or message me on WhatsApp through 70949007.

This may be my last trip in Qatar as I am leaving soon for colder climes so why not come along and enjoy the sailing.

For those of you who are looking for something to do after work or at the weekend, why not hire a boat and go for a relaxing sail. We off our dinghies every day for hire by the hour from the Intercon beach. With the days now cooler, why not get a rest from the stress of the day out on the water.

For anyone who may want a distraction from the upcoming World Cup, why not do some quiet studying and take your Day SkipperNavigation Course. There is a course open now with space for anyone interested. Courses are run using the Zoom video conferencing application so you don’t have to leave home or fight your way through traffic in the evenings.

Lessons are 3 hours long in the evening and all books and study materials are 8ncluded in the price. If you are interested, please contact Simon Grover on 70949007 or email [email protected].

Dear All, Not knowing how many of our loyal followers are currently in Doha, RSA is wondering if those of you still here might like us to organise some dinghy racing for you at the weekends or late afternoon during the week. Late afternoon sailing / racing might be of interest as a wind down after a day at work or just to get out on the water with a purpose other than a gentle cruise around the bay. If anybody is interested in a bit of racing, please let me know and we will set something up for you over the summer weeks before schools return and the usual activities begin again.
