⚠️This is WHY YOU SHOULD REST⬇️⬇️⬇️
To make the long story short, rest days give your muscles chance to grow. When you train, whether that's pounding the miles on the road, interval training or lifting weights in the gym, you create microscopic tears in your muscles. It's these tears that cause delayed onset muscle soreness (aka DOMS) after a particularly intense workout or new training session. As your body repairs these tears, your muscles grow stronger so they're able to perform the same workout with less effort next time.
It's not a case of working out more to see more benefits though. Muscles need time and rest to reboot, rebuild and strengthen.
Downtime gives your body the chance to repair and grow stronger so you can perform at your best. It allows your mind to focus, boosts motivation, and it reduces your chance of injury from overuse, too.

🧁Chocolate banana Cookie Dough Cups🧁

Rich dark chocolate 🍫 cups filled with a protein packed cookie dough and banana 🍌 …who wants one ?!?!
👉🏻Ingredients :
➡️For the Cups:
• 320g dark chocolate, divided
• 1½ tbsp coconut oil
• 6 slices of banana
• 6 tbsp dried fruit and nuts, chopped
➡️For the Cookie Dough:
• 60g smooth peanut butter
• 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
• 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
• 1 tbsp softened coconut oil
• 75g flour
• 20g vanilla protein powder by
• 50g dark chocolate chips
• A pinch of salt
👉🏻Instructions :
1. For the chocolate: chop the chocolate small and divide into two bowls, one of 140g and one of 180g. Add half of the coconut oil to each bowl and melt separately (the smaller amount is for the bases and the larger amount is for the tops).
2. For the cups: line a 12-hole muffin or cupcake tin with cases and use the smaller amount of chocolate to coat the bottom and sides of the cases with chocolate. Transfer to the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, make the cookie dough: stir together the peanut butter, syrup, yoghurt and oil till smooth. Now add in the flour, protein powder and salt. Stir to a sticky cookie dough and fold in the chocolate chips. Divide the mix into 12 pieces, roll into balls, and flatten slightly.
4. Remove the cases from the fridge and place a cookie dough ball into each chocolate shell. Press on ½ a slice of banana and cover with the rest of the melted chocolate. Decorate with the chopped up fruit and nuts.
5. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes, or until set firm. Enjoy straight away or keep in the fridge for 1 week. You can seal the cups and freeze for 1 month, and then allow to defrost before enjoying.

Easy 🥞Protein pancakes🥞 recipe !!! Save💾 and share📲 !! Perfect for your breakfast or as a snack post training to help your body to recover better.
👉🏻For 6 pancakes :
➡️ 35gr whey protein (I chose the whey choco from )
➡️1 egg
➡️1 banana
➡️15 gr coconut powder or almond powder
➡️1/2 tsp baking powder
👉🏻Mix everything together. Cook in a hot fry pan with a bit of coconut oil. Topping of your choice. Enjoy 😉

This is what CrossFit is all about : Being ready for the unknown and testing our fitness out of the gym. I was not specifically prepared for this race but I did it and I enjoyed it a lot. I would say now I’m mostly a crossfit girl but I still want to do many things out of the gym. If not…why do we spend so much time in a gym for ?
So today, with 5 of my friends, we joined the race called « Qatar East to West ». We ran across Qatar from the East coast to the west coast sharing these 90k. It was though but we all had a great time, thanks to the organization and volunteers 🙏

⭐️MOTIVATION⭐️
On me demande souvent comment je fais pour être motivée tout le temps ! Et bien je ne le suis pas ! Je ne suis pas motivée tous les jours ! Personne n’est motivé 7jours/7, 24h/24, c’est impossible ! Et cette semaine j’ai lutté presque chaque jour pour aller m’entraîner. Je ne saurais vous dire pourquoi mais l’envie n’y était pas, il y a des jours, voire des semaines comme ça…Mais je me suis mise un coup de pied aux fesses chaque jour parce que je sais ce que je recherche. Je recherche ce feeling d’après training qui me fait me sentir bien, forte, fière de moi et accomplie. Voilà pourquoi je me suis bougée !
Alors n’attendez pas d’être motivé pour commencer mais trouvez votre « pourquoi » et mettez vous un coup de pied aux fesses !
