Congratulations to our Head Coach Matè and his partner on placing 3rd in The Phoenix Games 💪🏼
It was so exciting to see them compete throughout the weekend against such tough competition and they made us proud! 🔥
Matè is our head coach at The Zone, managing our whole coaching team as well as coaching CrossFit classes

Welcome and congratulations to Coach TJ Garcia! TJ and her partner won first place in the recent . TJ will be joining The Zone Family from Sunday October 3rd, 2021. As well as being a coach, she is also a trained physiotherapist, so look out for her in the gym soon and keep an eye on the schedule for upcoming ladies crossfit classes 💪🏼
We are so excited to have her as part of the family!
