💬 Ask: “What’s feeling hard lately?” 🫶 Listen without pressure. 🌿 Make room for rest, play and time away from gymnastics. 🤝 If it continues, talk with their coach about support.

A beginner gymnast doesn’t need the most expensive equipment from Day 1.

What matters most is choosing apparatus that is:
🎀 Correct size — fits her age and height
🛡️ Safe & good quality — durable and suitable for training
🤸‍♀️ Level appropriate — right for her current stage
💗 Coach recommended — always ask your coach
🏆 Competition appropriate — upgrade when requirements call for it.
