Spring Flow 🌸 My favorite season is finally here, flowers are blooming and my heart is full of gratitude and excitement for what is to come. Playing with the flow of your body and enjoying the ray of sunshine 🌞 I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, good things are coming 🕉️🌼

Chaturanga Dandasana 🌼 Chaturanga is part of Surya namaskar (sun salutation) In Ashtanga practice there is lot of chaturanga and I mean A LOT ! I got to perfect it with time and I found it to be the perfect warm up strengthening exercises for shoulder’s health. It’s important to have the right alignment to benefits fully from the posture. Engage your core!! 🌼 Don’t drop the hips keep your glutes strong 🌼 Hips and shoulders must be aligned 🌼 Push your shoulders away from each other 🌼 Stay in control slowly come down halfway 🌼 Et Voila 🌼
