Did this black hole grow up before its galaxy? JWST has weighed a monster black hole in the early universe — and it's forcing astronomers to rethink how quickly these giants formed.

Starry Scorpius is sometimes called "the Orion of Summer" — for its brightness, its blue-white giant stars, and its prominent red supergiant. But Scorpius passes a lot lower across the southern sky than Orion does, for those of us at mid-northern latitudes. That means it has only one really good evening month: July.

*Evenimentul se ține indiferent de vreme!

• Dacă vremea ne va permite vom face observații astronomice solare pe timp de zi iar seara vom admira Luna și stele duble. Nu va lipsi expoziția de obiecte cerești fotografiate.
• Dacă va fi noros și va ploua ne vom muta în interior unde vom avea program de backup:
- expoziție de telescoape și accesorii. Vom prezenta echipamentele pe care le folosim la observații și astrofotografie
- expoziție de astrofotografie printată. Vom vorbi despre obiectele cerești fotografiate
- proiecții și prezentări, etc
- reviste, cărți de răsfoit, citit
