Certified Classical Pilates instructor. Offering Private, semi-private and small group classes. On your schedule at your home or office.
Beginner, Intermediate, advanced, intensive, yogalates, rehabilitation, pre-natal and post natal.
My certification in 2008 was with a trainer who has won Best in Boston for 10 consecutive years. The person who trained my teacher trained with Joseph Pilates who invented the sport. It is for men, women and teachers.
Benefits include but not limited to: core strengthening, general strengthening, flexibility, tension reduction, lowering blood pressure, improving posture, reduction of migraine/ head aches and carpal tunnels. Rehabilitation. |Training for boxers, dancers, bikers runners etc.
Private: 1-1.5 hours depending on the student's experience schedule and goals. 40,000 RWF (can be shared between up to three students) \
Small group up to 5 people 10,000 RWF per person
Larger groups 10,000 per person (please contact me if you would like to host this at your hotel or other place of business)
I will be leaving Rwanda in 3 weeks but can continue classes online. I can also teach you foundations and form and leave you with a list of the exercises so that you can continue with another instructor.
I am currently the only Classically certified instructor in Rwanda. Although there is a highly competent teacher on leave who I can refer you to when I leave.
