Grateful for our partners Eco-Soap Bank and Soapbox!

🧼 They make our Clean Start program possible by providing soap that kids love—fun colors and shapes that bring smiles.

These soaps are used during Sasa Sport sessions and sent home with every child, helping families and communities stay healthy.

The story behind the Sasa name: The name Sasa Sport comes from the Kiswahili word "sasa", which means "now." It’s a word full of energy and urgency. Sasa is a call to action for our staff and educators and the children we serve: Now is the time to play, to grow, and to lead.

Though Sasa Sport is based in Rwanda, this name reaches beyond borders. Kiswahili is spoken across East Africa and beyond — sasa connects us to a broader community and invites everyone in.

At Sasa, we’re equipping children to thrive through sport, because now is the time to shape futures.
