Lovers of sundried tomatoes!
We are happy and excited to announce that we started an urban agri-produce initiative called Urban Produce. Under this project we are currently running trials of urban and sustainably produced sundried tomatoes!
Our setup consists of a satellite dish covered with aluminium foil and a clear roofing sheets on top. Only with this we already generate temperatures in excess of 70°C! Thanks to the tropical sun - no other energy required.
A few more touches and upgrades here and there and we will be able to supply you with yummy sundried tomatoes to your doorstep.
Fully dried or semi dried in oil.
