As we dawn into the new year, most people are in the mind set of perusing their physical stability and have set goals to build a healthy life style. The term healthy is mostly used ambiguous around. But here's what it really accumulate,

1. Being sufficiently active, which, if going by US national standards, means 150 minutes of heart rate-raising physical activity each week.

2. Eating a healthy diet.

3. Being a nonsmoker.

4. Having a recommended body fat percentage, which, again going by US national standards, means 5-20 percent for men, 8-30 percent for women.

كما أننا داخلين في العام الجديد، معظم الناس تبدأ تفكر كيف يلاحقون على الاستقرار الجسدي ويحددون أهداف لبناء نمط حياة صحي. ويستخدم مصطلح صحي في الغالب غامضة. ولكن هنا ما تقصد حقا
1. أن تكون نشطين بما فيه الكفاية، والتي، إذا كنا نطبق معايير قد تأسيسها من قبل الولايات المتحدة، يعني 150 دقيقة من رفع معدل ضربات القلب والنشاط البدني كل أسبوع.

2. اتباع نظام غذائي صحي.

3. كونها غير المدخن.

4. وجود في جسم نسبة الدهون أوصى به، والتي، مرة أخرى تطبيق معايير من قبل الولايات المتحدة، يعني 5-20 في المئة للرجال، 8-30 في المئة للنساء.
