Boxing for Fitness is a good aerobic exercise.
The workout combines cardio, strength, and endurance and keeps people coming back because it's so fun. All ages are welcome.
Let us clarify one thing:
Boxing fitness clients don't want to fight in a ring. They want to learn to train like a fighter without the fight. They want to get in the best shape of their lives, using boxing techniques and conditioning as the way to do it.
