- Fatigue isn’t weakness. It’s a signal.
- Instead of pushing harder blindly, pause and recalibrate.
Take 15–30 minutes daily for clarity breaks:
• No phone.
• Light walk, deep breathing, or eyes closed.
• Ask: “What’s real vs. what’s just tired thinking?
