Ako začínam svoje rána ? Predsa malým shot-om plnym probiotík 💛Symprove som začala užívať hlavne kôli zhoršenému ekzému počas tehotenstva . Musím povedať , že už počas prvého mesiaca sa mi pleť zlepšila a nielen to , pomohlo mi to aj s trávením. Už žiadne nafukovanie 😉Teraz pokračujem aj počas kojenia a zatiaľ som nemusela siahnuť po nejakých silných krémoch či tabletke na alergiu. Jednoznačne najlepšie probiotiká na trhu . (Predtým som skúšala viacej druhov a necítila som žiadne výrazne účinky )

Benefits of yoga 🧘♀️ during pregnancy Improve sleep - I found it hard to sleep on my side because I’ve always used to sleep on my belly , gentle yoga before bedtime helps a lot .
Reduce stress and anxiety - I felt many times anxious during this pregnancy and yoga/meditations helped me to deal with it
Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth- I’ll let you know if this helped during my childbirth 😉
Decrease back pain, , shortness of breath - it definitely helps to keep all my aches and pains away and also breathing techniques help a lot when you start getting out of breath .

Odkedy mam tento skvely recept od kamosky uz som ho robila 3X . Je super mat tieto gulky v chladnicke, ked vas chyti chut na sladke.
Potrebujeme:1/2 salky ovsenych vlociek, 1/2 salky sturhaneho kokosu, 1/2 salky susenych marhul, 3PL agave sirup(moze byt aj med)
2PL kokosoveho oleja, 1 CL skorice, 1CL vanilkoveho extraktu, 1 zrely banan
Postup:ovsene vlocky dame do mixera a vymixujeme na prach.Pridame vsetky ostatne suroviny a mixujeme dokial sa vsetko pekne neprepoji. Formujeme mensie gulky , ktore som potom este obalim v kokose. Dame chladit na aspon hodinu do chladnicky
